These cards are designed as a guide for practitioners setting up new Making Well courses and for those wanting to reflect upon and deepen their practice. They are based on ethnographic fieldwork by Dr Lucy Sheehan, including detailed reflections recorded by the Making Well team from their regular debriefs. They are illustrated by Julia Bethan.
